Jonathan’s Landing

For seven years Intracoastal Marine Construction has been the maintenance arm of the Loggerhead Marina in Jupiter.  A major restoration effort was completed in 2021.  A new seawall on the Intracoastal was built.  IMCC handled the building and installation of all the new floating docks, all parking lot lighting and paving.  We remodeled both bathrooms for the marina members. 

Intracoastal Marine Construction built the new 315 linear foot seawall for the Jonathan’s Landing POA in 2022.  IMCC handled the engineering and permitting for the association, using their contacts in the industry to gain approvals from South Florida Water Management and Palm Beach County. 

Intracoastal Marine Construction has been the top residential builder in Jonathan’s Landing since 2016.   Seawalls, docks and boat lifts are a daily occurrence in Jonathan’s Landing.  With a satellite office in the marina, IMCC handles any problem that may arise quickly and competently.
