Loblolly Pines

Intracoastal Marine Constructed was responsible for several aspects of the Marina restoration project. IMCC replaced a critical boardwalk spanning a quarter mile, that connects the marina to the residents home. The project was in a tidal zone in some areas and over a lake in others. The massive project was built in multiple locations in Loblolly, and allows safe passage high above the tidal area. IMCC coordinated a sophisticated lighting system that provide illumination for those returning from the Yacht Club at night. Concrete piling jackets were added to existing pilings at the yacht club, extending the life of pilings that support the structure. IMCC custom built the ADA compliant ramp to the new harbor master office.
