Intracoastal Marine Construction acted as the General Contractor in a large marina restoration project at Loggerhead Marina in Palm Beach Gardens. IMCC removed over 400 Greenheart pilings installed in the late 1970’s and replaced them with new pilings. The Greenhearts pilings underground in the mud were in pristine condition. Those pilings were dried and milled locally. The wood was repurposed to build the new 500 foot dock at Loggerhead Marina in Lantana. Construction of this marina occurred during the construction of the ten acre parcel that is now Azure. Piling removal and installation required a level of skill to not interfere with the multi building high ride construction going on all around the marina.
