Here’s how it works

We visit your home or commercial property. Our Foreman and Operations Manager determine the scope of work, give you a proposal to manage and the build the project in totality. We work closely with our engineers, to create your design, so we can submit the plans to the required Federal agencies. Typically to the DEP or South Florida Water Management for properties on canals and lakes. If you are within 300 feet or the Intracoastal Waterway. Intracoastal Marine Construction works closely with the Army Corp of Engineers. Federal Permitting is integral to most marine construction jobs. It is not something to worry about, especially when IMCC is managing it for you.

Our permitting coordinators only focus on one responsibility and that is the expediting of your permits! Intracoastal Marine Construction has experience permitting between cities that are incorporated and unincorporated, and in several different counties in Florida. Intracoastal Marine Construction has acted as General Contractor in six counties: Palm Beach, Martin, Volusia, Pinellas, Brevard, Broward

Having a licensed, qualified Marine Engineer with design and engineering experience is critical. Intracoastal Marine works closely with them to ensure the work is designed the way you want it.
