IMCC works with several Private Club Communities and Homeowner Associations throughout Florida helping them with infrastructure projects. Seawalls, Piers, Boardwalks and full-scale marina renovations to name a few. We coordinate all design and engineering needs, and handle the permitting process. We are very experienced in dealing with the residents and board members of these Association. We attend board meetings and town halls, if necessary, to help educate the community on the upcoming project.  Our equipment is modern and has a small footprint.  Perfect for communities in South Florida.
